The Challenge
When we started working with The Lynch Group in September 2023, the goal wasn’t to chase viral numbers or build a large online audience. Instead, the focus was on creating content that would help Lynch Brother Homes, Lynch Brother Developments, Noble Painting & Decorating, and J&H Lynch present themselves more professionally online and better showcase the quality of their work to potential local clients. They needed a stronger visual portfolio across social media and wider marketing — something that would document their projects clearly, reflect the standard they operate at, and help new enquiries understand the type of work they do.
Our Strategy
We focused on building a consistent bank of high-quality content across all three brands, designed to showcase their projects, process and expertise in a more polished and professional way. This included photography of ongoing and completed projects, project-led video reels to keep their audience updated, talking-to-camera content around key aspects of construction and how they work, YouTube client testimonials repurposed into short-form clips, branding imagery, and drone photo and video content across sites. Rather than creating content for vanity metrics, the strategy was to help the group build trust locally, strengthen how they present themselves online, and create a library of content that supports new enquiries over time.
