We're filmmakers, creators, and storytellers who turned a lifelong passion for content into a creative agency. AJ Agency was born from a genuine obsession with the craft and a clear gap we kept seeing: brilliant businesses that were incredible at what they did, but had no way of showing it. No content that did them justice. No presence that matched the quality of their work. That's what we're here to fix.
How it all started
Arnold picked up his first camera at 15. What started as a hobby slowly became something deeper, a genuine obsession with the art of visual storytelling and what a well-crafted video could make someone feel. Josie was always the one in her friend group with her phone out, capturing everything. She had an instinct for it before she even knew what to do with it.
Along the way, we kept noticing the same thing: businesses that were genuinely great at what they did, but completely invisible online. No content that captured their craft. No videos that made people stop and pay attention. We knew we could change that.
